I will be checking on future courses. I am really interested in the Special Ed and Classroom Respect, Behavior and Learning. I am currently teaching Kindergarten with about one third of my class being resource and/or speech. I am managing, but have a part time paraprofessional and sometimes the aid has to go other places. Our educational budgets are stretched and so are resources. I would like to do more and plan more on some level so that my instructional was truly differentiated and based on student interest. I would also appreciate any direction or references on reverse inclusion; that could be an option that would help me. Thanks so much.
