Bias Assessments

There are many online assessments to help discern whether you have a bias. A caution: these are only tools. Do not take the results as representing who you are; they are just a glimpse of what you are thinking in that moment. Just use them as a reflective tool. Both of these can be found through a Google search.

  2. Google “Human Facets©” to find another tool that can be used to discover hidden biases. This is more focused on the business workplace, so it gives educators a different perspective.
