VESi recommends that you check with your school district and/or state licensing agency to verify these course offerings will meet your district and/or state requirements for salary advancement and/or state certificate re-licensure.
You must obtain an overall score of 70% or higher, with no individual exam score below 50%, and successfully complete ALL writing assignments to pass this course. Once your course materials are received, you are required to read the Course Syllabus, Course Syllabus Addendum and Essay Grading Guidelines to be certain that you understand all of the course requirements and expectations.
From the day that your course link is emailed to you, you will have a minimum of two weeks with a maximum of one year for course completion. Courses are transcripted in the term in which you complete and submit all course materials, see Term Deadline Notice which will be emailed with your course link(s). If you need to be transcripted within a particular term, be certain to refer to the Term Deadline Notice that will be emailed to you along with the Southern Utah University registration form and course link(s).
Upon completion of the course, please submit your course materials online to VESi's office. You will also submit the SUU registration form along with the balance for the credit fees (made payable to SUU) to VESi's office. Once ALL items are received, please allow VESi approximately two weeks to process your materials and to notify SUU of your grade. Southern Utah University will need time on their end to process and post your registration and grade (at most, it may take them a maximum of four weeks).
