If you do not already have an active account on the ESD 105 Professional Development system, then immediately upon receiving your course materials from VESi, please follow the instructions from the VESi Setup Clock Hour Account document which will be emailed with your course link(s). Please make sure you use the same email address for both the VESi registration and your ESD 105 account. Also refer to the course addendum which will be emailed with your course link(s) for further instructions on setting up your ESD 105 account, paying balance due for clock hours and obtaining clock hour documentation.
*VESi will charge just the $140 courseware fee per course, please see Course Deadline tab for instructions regarding when and how to pay your clock hour fees.
We recommend that you check with your school district and/or state licensing agency to verify that these course offerings will meet your district and/or state requirements for salary advancement and/or state certificate re-licensure.
You must obtain an overall score of 70% or higher, with no individual exam score below 50%, to pass this course. Please make sure you use the same email address for both the VESi registration and your ESD 105 account.
From the day that your course link is emailed to you, you will have a minimum of two weeks with a maximum of six months for course completion. Upon completion of the course, please submit your course materials online to VESi's office. Please allow approximately two weeks for VESi to process your materials and to notify ESD 105 of your clock hour completion. Once your clock hours have been posted with ESD 105 you will receive an email from Prof. Dev. Services (firstname.lastname@example.org) which will contain an online ESD 105 evaluation form that you are required to complete. Once you have completed the evaluation you will then need to log into your ESD 105 account and in your Registration History under Online Sessions you will see the prompt to pay for your clock hours and obtain your clock hour transcript. ESD 105 shall retain full responsibility for determining eligibility for clock hours earned by students. Appeals to the 6-month limit must be made in writing to ESD 105.
