Complete Course/Course Evaluation
When you are finished with all of your course requirements, you will proceed to the Complete Course section of your course (located on the menu at left).
Click on Course Evaluation (located beneath Complete Course on the menu at left) and complete the short evaluation form. When you get to the bottom of the first page, use the Next button to go to the next page. The evaluation consists of three pages and you must answer all questions before you will be able to submit your course. If a question is not relevant to you, please write "not applicable."
