Register below for graduate or undergraduate credit through Portland State University or call 1-800-313-6744 between 8:00AM-5:00PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Enrollment is limited to 8 credits per term unless officially admitted to PSU (except summer term when enrollment is limited to 16 graduate or 21 undergraduate credits). We are currently enrolling for the summer 2016 term. If you do not wish to be in the summer 2016 term, do not register at this time. Contact VESi to inquire as to the term dates for the term you wish to be enrolled in.
PSU has received authorization or is exempt from authorization in all US states except those mentioned below. Residents from one of the states where PSU has decided not to submit a request for authorization due to high and restrictive fees, should not register for a course or submit an application for admission to the university.
PSU has not submitted requests for authorization from the following states: Arkansas, Minnesota

*VESi will charge just the $135 courseware fee per course and then PSU will e-bill you via your online student account for the $60 per credit fee. The e-bills are emailed the 16th of every month.
Attention: If you have taken a course though PSU before, you MUST provide a PSU ID#. If you do not provide a PSU ID#, you will not receive your course materials. If you do not remember your PSU ID# or your PSU account has been deactivated due to disuse, contact PSU admissions at 503-725-3511 prior to registering to obtain your PSU ID#.
VESi recommends that you check with your school district and/or state licensing agency to verify these course offerings will meet your district and/or state requirements for salary advancement and/or state certificate re-licensure.
You must obtain an overall score of 70% or higher, with no individual exam score below 50%, and successfully complete ALL writing assignments to pass this course. Once your course materials are received, you are required to read the Course Syllabus, Course Syllabus Addendum and Essay Grading Guidelines to be certain that you understand all of the course requirements and expectations.

First time PSU students will need to set up an online student account with PSU and there is a one-time $25 setup fee. You will receive instructions with your course materials on how to set up your PSU account. You must do this immediately upon receiving your course links. You will then need to call or email VESi with the PSU ID# that has been assigned to you (1-800-313-6744 or email@example.com).
VESi will charge just the courseware fee and then PSU will e-bill you via your online student account for the credit fee. The e-bills are emailed the 16th of every month. Look closely at the fees associated with the different types of payment methods (when paying PSU fees with Visa, MasterCard or American Express there is a 2.75% fee of total registration amount).
We are currently enrolling for the summer 2016 term. The summer term does not officially begin until June 20th, 2016, however you may enroll now and begin your course, just know that you cannot complete and submit your course until the summer term officially begins. Grades are reported at the end of the term. For the summer 2016 term, plan to have your course completed and submitted no later than August 16th, 2016. If you do not submit your course prior to August 16th, 2016, then an Incomplete will automatically be reported at the end of the term. If an Incomplete is reported then you must be certain to complete and submit your course within one year of having received your course link and then VESi will process a grade change (grade changes take approximately four to six weeks to be processed the entire way through).
